Portland-based Jackpot Records produce beautiful reissues of historic albums. In September 2020, they released a 3-album bundle of Martin Denny classics and brought us on to advertise the collection. We ran a 10-week campaign, including a 6-week pre-order. Even with limited access to assets and no rights to the digital audio the bundle became Jackpot's highest selling release of the year.
At the core of the campaign was a custom landing page, which provided shoppers with a user-friendly, story-driven experience. Tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar helped us maximize on-page engagement and optimize the conversion rate, and a full-funnel advertising campaign comprising Facebook/Instagram and Google Search ads led to 81% of sales coming from first-time customers. The campaign had the added effect of introducing Jackpot to over 750,000 record shoppers in the US, achieving their secondary goal of brand awareness.
